PROJECT ENGINEER (F/M/X)

We are seeking a dedicated Site Project Engineer to join our team. This person will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of technical-related projects (typically Small Minor projects) and maintenance operation projects as allocated by the Technical Manager. You will provide engineering knowledge and expertise to support our site teams in achieving operational excellence.

• Deliver multiple Small Minor projects simultaneously, facilitating technical scoping with internal customers and business stakeholders. Manage projects from initial concept development to completion, leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage timely reviews and stakeholder engagement for all engineering Small Minor Projects.
• Serve as the first level of engineering escalation at the plant level through the FMOS process.
• Collaborate closely with site Operations and Reliability teams to enhance performance on factory KPIs.
• Integrate human safety, Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS), and environmental critical success factors (CSFs) into technical solutions, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal obligations during installation and project execution, including the oversight of contractors.
