ABOUT US:

Fables Interiors is a creative and execution-driven interior design and fit-out company delivering high-end residential, commercial, and retail projects. We pride ourselves on blending function with aesthetics, and are looking for a driven Project Engineer to join our growing team.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Project Engineer at Fables Interiors, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects from concept to handover. You will act as a bridge between design, procurement, site teams, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret design drawings and ensure technical feasibility on-site.
  • Plan daily/weekly site work and coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, procurement, and suppliers to ensure material availability.
  • Track progress and prepare regular project reports for management and clients.
  • Resolve technical/site issues by coordinating with the design and execution teams.
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements at the site.
  • Participate in client meetings and site inspections as needed.
  • Prepare project documentation including progress reports, snag lists, and handover files.
