Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Assist in procurement planning and material approvals
• Support contract administration and variation claims
• Attend client meetings and provide technical input when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience in construction project execution
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• UAE driving license preferred
