Description

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project engineering, capital project delivery or manufacturing engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including scope, budget, schedule and contractor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment design, safety requirements and process integration.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for different audiences.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, collaboration and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience in food, consumer products or continuous manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
