Description:
JOB DESCIPTION
- Liaising with main contractor, consultant and owner for project requirement
- In charge of material submission, design review and progress claim
- Plan for site work installation, worker deployment and material requisition
- Monitor cost estimating, developing a budget and resource planning
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Working with vendors in controlling cost and quality of products
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- ITE or Diploma
- Experience in project management would be of added advantage
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- IT literate
- Able to work independently and also a team player
- A good analytical mindset
- High result orientated person
