REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fit out/interior projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and interior detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Plan, manage, and execute fit out works for interior projects as per drawings and specifications.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at site.
