JOB DESCRIPTION:

EdgeCraft Interiors Fitout LLC is looking to hire a proactive and experienced Project Engineer – Fit-Out with a minimum of 3-4 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of UAE fit-out industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out methods, site execution, and material specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out site works including joinery, civil, MEP coordination, and finishes.
• Review and implement construction drawings and specifications on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project schedule, progress, and quality standards while reporting to the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests, and update project documentation.
• Ensure all works are executed in compliance with UAE authority regulations (DM, DCD, Trakhees, Concordia, etc.).
• Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide necessary on-site decisions.
• Ensure implementation of health and safety standards on site.
