Title: Project Engineer - Food Manufacturing - Technical Coordination
Location: Springville, Utah (84663)
Pay: $120,000 - $150,000
We are a fast growing nutraceutical manufacturing company and are looking for a Project Engineer to help us consolidate 3 production facilities into a single, state-of-the-art location. A Technical project leader to guide the transition. This is a high impact, 6-month opportunity (with potential for a permanent position) to oversee equipment relocation, contractor coordination, and facility readiness. WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS JOB

  • Experience managing technical projects in manufacturing, food, or nutraceutical environments - especially involving facility moves or equipment installs.
  • Strong coordination skills with contractors, equipment vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP considerations, and production environments.
