Study and understanding the scope of works and the checklist input by the sales person

• Generate of BQ and tally with the sales order
• Submit Schematic and Floorplans for approval
• Submit works Schedule
• Submit Products Catalogues and samples for approval
• Design of customised equipment
• Survey the site with Sub-con and Customer before works commencement
• Raising of PR and stock out items
• Attend meetings, site coordination with other parties on site, site walks with subcontractor or Client
• Monitor and update the installation work progress
• Track the equipment delivery schedule
• Ensure the terminations is neat and correct
• Regular update of the changes/amendments on system design
• Site inspection with client representative
• Perform checks on subcon’s installation quality
