Job Summary: The Project Engineer at Gunnebo Entrance Control is responsible for providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales assistance to after-sales service. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that projects are completed on time while meeting quality standards. The Project Engineer will also collaborate with various departments and support customers and construction partners through training and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Assist sales teams with technical insights and collect customer and project requirements. Coordinate with internal departments and manufacturing to maintain project timelines and product quality. Provide technical training and ongoing support to customers and contractors. Report project site conditions and feedback product improvement suggestions. Respond to technical inquiries and resolve customer issues. Manage contract-related accounts receivable for assigned projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or mechanical and electronic product engineering. Proficient English communication skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software. Excellent communication and execution abilities to align stakeholders. Willingness to travel frequently as needed. Ability to complete tasks efficiently as assigned by leadership.
