Position: Project Engineer

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and lead complex projects from start to finish.
Role Overview:
As a mid–senior level Project Engineer, you will manage high-impact projects from kickoff through delivery, working closely with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure each system meets scope, budget, and timeline expectations. You’ll be responsible for translating customer requirements into actionable project plans, solving technical challenges, and delivering exceptional results. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of complex, custom projects from start to finish.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and lead project meetings.
• Size and select appropriate material handling equipment to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Design Engineers to align technical solutions with project goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement of key components.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure quality standards and system functionality are met prior to delivery.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support the creation of manuals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• 4–7+ years of relevant industry experience in equipment design, automation, or systems integration
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple custom projects at once
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
