JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical issues (including structure, architecture, M&E, landscape and interior, etc) of projects.
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site to ensure works progress to meet master programe
• Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/ operational control procedure, management Programmed, applicable legal and other requirements.
• Ensure all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
