LOCATION BRENTWOOD – ESSEX

Purple Communications are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our expanding team at our Brentwood office. This is an in house and on the road role. The primary role of a Project Engineer is to manage the configuration of new systems and upgrades for clients, inclusive of managing the onsite installation – at times completing helpdesk enquires.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

· Manage and complete new installations and assist the Helpdesk as and when required.

• Deliver a high standard of support to customers
• Mange the new installations from point of order to completion
• Ordering of new systems, SIP, Internet Services
• Configuration of Routers - Draytek (training provided if needed)
• Work as part of a team to achieve SLA’s on initial and fix response
• Quick and accurate assessment of a technical issues with a view to escalate if required
• Completion of tasks or activities with attention to detail
