Project Engineer - Building Management System ( 1 yr contract ) Jakarta, Indonesia The Project Engineer will provide and develop system application as per project specifications and follow international industry codes & standards. He will assist the Project, Engineering & Proposal Team on all systems design and engineering work. RESPONSIBILITIES : * Design and configuration of BMS, FAS, HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security and Third Party Systems. This includes the system design, controller programming and head end server, graphics configuration and central/network set-ups * Technical consulting, design and implementation support to the service business and customers. This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on projects. * Service and maintenance of BMS,FAS, CCTV & Security systems and third party equipment (as per trade expertise). * Fault Diagnosis/technical support on HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third Party, IT Networking & Cyber Security Systems. EXPERIENCE * Completion of an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma * Intermediate to High computer skills * 3 – 4 years of work experience preferred with relevant knowledge of BMS, Fire, FAS, CCTV and Security systems, Instrumentation. Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will design and configure Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, and related third-party systems according to project specifications and industry standards. This role also involves providing technical consulting, design, and implementation support to the service business and customers, including pre-sales activities.
