This position will be at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Typically requires a university degree unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Teamcenter, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel experience.
  • Experience with task detail planning, budget planning and project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement training or experience.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be the liaison between project management, project teams/bid leads, contracts, and value stream.
  • Prepare proposal BOE’s, technical volumes, proposal work statements and specifications, and proposal NRE estimate.
  • Develop compliance matrix, estimates, cost sheets and program schedule.
  • Monitor and assess bid preparers efforts across multiple proposals and disciplines.
  • Coordinate design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for proposed product research, development, integration, and test.
  • Responsible for proposing the procurement of appropriate development hardware used for testing and development.
  • Provide input for and create the integrated master schedule for projects.
  • Prepare proposal plans and schedules and coordinate with the Business Acquisition Team (BAT), Chief Engineer and customer.
  • Provide estimating support for the development of Basis of Estimates to include validating and analyzing actuals, ensuring consistency within task descriptions, and confirming estimating approach is sound.
  • Support audits and SWEEP activity
