Project Planning: Collaborate with the project management team to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for fit-out projects .
Material Selection: Work closely with our procurement team to select and source the appropriate marble materials and finishes for each project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the fit-out process to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.
Vendor Management: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring they adhere to project specifications and deadlines.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Schedule Adherence: Create and manage project schedules, making certain that all phases of fit-out work are completed on time and within project timelines.
Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety protocols, ensuring that all personnel on-site adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project issues and challenges promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related documentation.
Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
