Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the Fit-Out Industry to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience managing fit-out projects, with the ability to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
The role requires a UAE Driving License and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
SKILLS:
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
· Solid understanding of construction and fit-out processes, materials, and standards.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to handle project-related issues and challenges.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Engineering Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
· Familiarity with engineering principles, construction methods, and material specifications.
· Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle of fit-out projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Ensure that all fit-out projects meet the required specifications, standards, and regulations.
· Supervise site activities, manage construction workers, and ensure work is being carried out according to the project schedule.
· Review and analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
· Manage and resolve any technical issues that arise during the execution of fit-out works.
· Prepare and monitor project reports, progress reports, and documentation.
· Conduct site inspections and supervise quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.
· Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
· Handle client meetings, report progress, and provide solutions to any challenges or delays.
· Ensure that safety protocols and health standards are maintained at all times on-site.
