REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering.
• Must hold a valid Engineer Card (DDA & DM approved).
• Minimum 5+ years’ UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, gypsum, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer with a valid Dubai Development Authority (DDA) and Dubai Municipality (DM) approved Engineer Card to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai. The role involves managing site execution, authority approvals, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit drawings and documents for authority approvals (DDA, DM, Civil Defense, Trakhees, etc.).
• Obtain building permits, NOCs, and completion certificates.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and HSE regulations.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery.
