Description Confluence Builders is an entrepreneurial full-service Real Estate Development, Construction, and Investment company located in Golden, Colorado. Confluence focuses on developing and building ground-up mixed-use, retail, office, educational, and multi-family projects in Colorado. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in building structures for residential, business, and construction sites Assist project managers and superintendents with submittals, RFI's, quality, coordination, scheduling, cost control, document control, and issue tracking Prepare and perform site clean-up Load and unload materials as needed Help project manager, superintendents, and project engineers with assigned projects On-the-job training will be provided. Requirements EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Management is a plus TECHNICAL Strong computer skills - proficient or ability to learn MS Office and MS Project Reliable and efficient Attention to detail Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task TEAM Our team is full of fun, energetic, and hard-working people with initiative, and those are all important skills we look for in our new team members. Responsibilities
The intern will assist project managers and superintendents with daily construction site operations, including document control, scheduling, and cost tracking. Responsibilities also include physical site maintenance, such as cleaning and material handling.
