POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team. While primarily based in our office, this role involves onshore work across Ireland and short-term offshore projects throughout Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Project Engineerr to contribute to a growing and innovative company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering (preferably civil engineering)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience with software such as Autocad, Draftsight
• Willingness to travel as required

• Project delivery: Work with the team to deliver marine civil engineering projects and subsea cable projects
• Engineering delivery: Develop and execute engineering solutions for subsea cable projects and marine civil engineering, including engineering drawings, design calculations, specifications, analysis, procedures, progress reports, subcontractor procurement, and project team management.
• Team collaboration: Collaborate with the QHSE Manager, Cable project Teams, Operations Team, Dive Supervisors, and Divers to allocate resources and ensure project success.
• Documentation: Draft project documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, task plans, CAD drawings, and project delivery reports. Develop and coordinate project-specific technical documentation, ensuring full compliance with ISC and project QHSE policies.
• External Stakeholders: Communicating with relevant external stakeholders throughout the completion of projects i.e. clients, industry bodies, subcontractors
• Proposal support: Assist in developing engineering proposals and bids for future projects. Participate in proposal calls with clients to discuss client requirements, engineering solutions to win future projects.
