JOB SUMMARY

A small family business is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven full time Project
Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.
The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between the company, Suppliers and
Customers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the
required quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or related)

Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management practices.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project) and CAD softwares

(AutoCAD, SolidWorks/SolidEdge/Autodesk Investor Professional)

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• PMP or PE certification is a plus.

Pay: £24,734.66-£35,000.00 per year

DUTIES

• Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects from initiation

through completion.

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend

mitigation strategies.

• Support project resource planning and project delivery on front line.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants as required to deliver

projects.

• Conduct site visits and survey to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
• Prepare 2D drawings for projects as necessary
• Support with Product development using CAD (2D and 3D) skills, testing and

customer support.

• Engagement with company’s manufacturing unit in India.
• Support with design, development and testing of new products for bespoke

projects.
