Description
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate full project lifecycle: design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones. Technical & Engineering Oversight: Review engineering drawings and technical specifications. Supervise installation of LPG tanks, CNG systems, piping, and related infrastructure. Ensure all systems are installed in line with design and industry standards Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Support sourcing and technical evaluation of equipment and vendors. Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials. Monitor contractor performance and enforce service quality Site Supervision & Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards Identify and resolve technical issues on-site HSE & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., NMDPRA) Support permit acquisition and inspections Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Interface with clients, regulators, contractors, and internal teams Provide timely and accurate project reports Escalate risks and delays proactively. Documentation & Handover: Prepare project documentation, including reports, drawings, and manuals Develop O&M manuals and maintenance guidelines Support training of technicians and end-users Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field 5–7 years’ relevant experience in oil & gas, LPG/CNG, or infrastructure project execution Proven experience managing engineering projects from concept to completion Strong field experience in installation and commissioning COREN registration (or in view), PMP or equivalent certification, and Relevant HSE Strong project management and execution skills Sound technical knowledge of gas systems and infrastructure certifications Working Arrangement: Hybrid role (office + field) Requires frequent travel to project sites Salary: gross annual remuneration of ₦5,880,000.
