JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering + Minimum 10 years’ experience in waste to energy plant.
• MS project and Auto Cad skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work with construction and maintenance workers on-site.
• Having the following certifications:
• Building construction supervisor safety (BCSS)
• Mange work at height
• Supervisor work in confined space
• Develop a risk management implantation plan (DRIMP)

• Supervise and manage boiler retrofit works with a manpower size of 120—150 workers.
• Oversee construction and maintenance activities within an operational waste-to-energy plant.
• Perform maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Refurbish boiler tubes and replace, commission, and maintain soot blowers.
• Liaise with the client and prepare daily schedules and progress reports.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations and site workforce effectively.
• Any other duties as requested by reporting person.
