The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC projects and will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring project deliverables are met, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC installation projects at various client locations. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, VRFs, ducting, and piping. Ensure all project milestones are achieved as per schedule. Interact with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical and site-related issues. Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and company quality standards. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the project team. Support in the procurement of HVAC equipment and materials. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases. Ensure completion of all pre-commissioning and commissioning protocols. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HVAC project installation, testing & commissioning. Hands-on experience with HVAC equipment and systems. Strong understanding of HVAC drawings, material specifications, safety practices. Ability to interact effectively with project stakeholders and lead site teams. Good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of relevant standards & regulations.
