Key Responsibilities: • Initiating, monitoring & controlling of automation, integration & normalization projects. • Project Planning, coordinating with design team. • Coordinating with customer consultant. • Subcon arrangement and project execution • Testing and commissioning and Integrated System Testing with customer and consultant. • RCA using fishbone diagram & other techniques for dealing with critical issues. • Metric definition, reporting & analysis to internal & external stakeholders. • Responsible for financial matrix i.e. Revenue, Billing & collection. • Preparing project schedule & maintain it with interaction of Suppliers, Sub-con & consultants. • Timely invoice submission & payment follow up.
