The role involves end‑to‑end project delivery—from site surveys and BOQ finalization to installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), integration, documentation, and handover. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination Conduct site surveys, review drawings (IFC/shop/as‑built), finalize layouts, and prepare BOQ/SOW. Plan and supervise installation, cabling, device mounting, panel terminations, and system integration. Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, civil/MEP teams, security, and client stakeholders for smooth execution. Systems Expertise IBMS/BMS: Install, configure, and commission controllers, DDCs, field devices (sensors, actuators, VFDs), and integrate with HVAC, AHU, VAV, lighting, energy meters, and utilities via BACnet/Modbus. CCTV: Deploy IP cameras, NVR/VMS, storage (RAID), network switches/PoE, video walls; set up analytics, retention, and user roles. CFS (Fire Systems): Install and commission FAS/FA panels, detectors (smoke/heat/beam), MCPs, sounders, strobes; coordinate for suppression (e.g., NOVEC/FM200, sprinklers, hydrants) with appropriate interlocks. Integration & Networking Integrate subsystems into IBMS/PSIM; configure protocols (BACnet, Modbus, ONVIF), IP schemes, VLANs, and device hardening. Validate cause‑and‑effect matrices and perform I/O checks, SAT/FAT, and end‑to‑end scenarios. Quality, Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with NBC 2016, IS/IEC norms, NFPA (e.g., NFPA‑72), and OEM standards. Maintain site safety, toolbox talks, and method statements; ensure PPE and permits are followed. Documentation & Handover Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), red‑line/as‑built drawings, test reports, configuration backups, asset registers, and O&M manuals. Train end‑users and support handover with snag closure; support stabilization and warranty. Commercials & Control Track material consumption, raise MRNs/GRNs, support vendor billing measurements, manage change requests, and control project timelines. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3–6 years (or per your need) in IBMS/BMS/CCTV/Fire Systems project execution. Technical Hands‑on: BMS/IBMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell/Schneider/Siemens/Johnson Controls/Delta/Trane). CCTV: IP cameras, VMS (e.g., Milestone/Genetec/Hikvision/Dahua), storage, networking. Fire systems: addressable/conventional panels (e.g., Honeywell/Notifier/Siemens/Edwards), detectors, modules, sounders; basic exposure to suppression systems. Networking basics: L2/L3 switches, PoE, IP addressing, ONVIF, VLANs. Soft Skills: Strong coordination, vendor management, reporting, and client communication.
