Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage projects related to IBMS, CFS, CCTV, and ACS systems. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality, and safety standards. Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications related to IBMS / ELV systems. Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and site documentation. Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and support corrective actions at site. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material planning and availability. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements. Required Skills & Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems). Proven project execution experience in: CFS (Critical / Fire & Life Safety Systems) CCTV Systems ACS (Access Control Systems) Good knowledge of ELV system integration and site execution practices. Ability to interpret technical drawings and system schematics. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Qualification & Experience: Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / E&C or related discipline. 4–7 years of relevant experience in ELV / IBMS project execution. Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, data centers, or industrial projects preferred.
