REQUIREMENT:

1, Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
2. Other engineering, technical and scientific degrees may be considered with appropriate training and relevant working experience
3. Minimum 1-2 years in the Construction Industry
4. Familiar with electrical engineering construction process and relevant acceptance specifications, CAD software;
5. Flexible thinking, strong learning ability, a certain professional sensitivity;
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and coordination skills. Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with oversea associates)
7. Flexibility to travel as and when required

1. Responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
2. To ensure that engineering systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely
   3.Need a thorough understanding of the operational processes of an organization as this role is multidisciplinary, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations, purchasing and design
3. Responsible for Electrical & Instrument System interfaces with the operational plant, meetings, technical clarifications, etc
4. Review all relevant checklist for Inspection and Testing Plan on Electrical & Instrument System Installation.
5. Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up.
6. Perform Testing & Commissioning works.
7. Provide specific expertise for problem solving of Electrical & Instrumentation issues.
8. Coordinate the construction site with contractors, subcontractors and supervisors;
9. Responsible for construction site visa, project quantity confirmation, etc.;
