JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage all phases of project delivery, including project planning, client communication, design, development, testing, training, and documentation, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Diagnose and repair system and equipment faults.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support, assisting engineers in diagnosing and resolving system issues.
• Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of equipment and materials.
• Contribute to the preparation of quotes and participation in tender submissions.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers seeking engineering support.
• Promoted products to existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to Quality Assurance (QA), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and Human Resources (HR).

Location: Dyce
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (flexible, core hours are 9.30am - 12pm & 2pm -4pm)
Salary: Up to £45K p/a
