Description
We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Project Engineer to join our Maui team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.  JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field * 3–10 years of experience in construction or engineering * PE license or CCM certification preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and MS Project * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts * Willingness to travel to job sites and work in varied field conditions   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Provide technical support throughout all phases of the project * Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders * Maintain accurate project documentation and logs * Conduct site visits and inspections * Collaborate with field inspectors and project teams * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports * Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking * Ensure compliance with safety standards and permitting requirements   LOCATION: Wailuku, HI   SALARY RANGE: $73,000 – $100,899 per year depending on experience Please apply directly online at: www.bowersandkubota.com  Equal Opportunity Employer/Vets/Disabled 100% Employee Owned
