The candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP works, ensuring design and installation are in line with project specifications, RTA standards, and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and coordinate all MEP-related activities in the bridge project, including lighting, power supply, drainage pumps, fire protection systems, and utilities. Review and verify MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and authority standards. Supervise and inspect on-site MEP installations to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Coordinate with civil and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Liaise with RTA, DEWA, Civil Defence, and other authorities to secure design approvals, inspections, and final handovers. Monitor subcontractor progress, conduct technical evaluations, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify and resolve MEP-related technical issues and interface conflicts on-site. Prepare reports on progress, non-conformance, and inspection outcomes for internal and client review. Ensure all installations are compliant with Dubai Municipality codes, RTA standards, and international best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10–12 years of experience in MEP execution, with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE. In-depth understanding of MEP systems used in transportation infrastructure, especially in bridge lighting, drainage, and utility coordination. Familiarity with RTA, DEWA, and Civil Defence regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and other MEP engineering software. Strong leadership and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams. UAE driving license is an advantage.
