WHAT YOU'LL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Managing Project Documentation with Accuracy * You will support the project team by ensuring all documentation is organized, current, and complete. * Manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates * Track deadlines and maintain accurate records * Ensure information flows reliably between office and field   Supporting Field & Office Coordination * You will help keep teams aligned by ensuring communication is clear and timely. * Assist with look-ahead schedules and work plans * Support subcontractor and vendor coordination * Provide organized meeting notes and follow-up items Tracking Quality & Progress * You will help verify that work aligns with drawings and project standards. * Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections * Identify discrepancies early and escalate appropriately * Maintain accurate progress reporting Assisting with Procurement & Materials * You will support material tracking and ensure documentation is complete. * Maintain procurement and material logs * Track deliveries and verify quantities * Report discrepancies promptly The Environment * Fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through * Technical and detail-oriented * Professional and business-focused * Structured with clear expectations   You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise, analyze information carefully, and make informed decisions that protect both the project and the client.
