JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Project Engineer specialized in steel and concrete civil works, with over 10 years of proven experience in the GCC—at least 4 of which must be in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction with focus on steel and concrete works in the GCC.
• Mandatory 4+ years of UAE experience in similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale structural works.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.

• Lead and supervise the execution of civil and structural works, focusing on steel structures and reinforced concrete.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project and local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and safety protocols.
• Prepare and track work schedules, material submittals, procurement plans, and progress reports.
• Conduct technical assessments, resolve design-related issues, and propose effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed during all stages of construction.
• Support the Project Manager in client meetings, progress reviews, and project reporting.
• Manage and monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost control initiatives.
