How you will contribute Reporting into the Capital Engineering & Strategy Lead, the role of the Project Engineer is to support the Central capital projects at Site, ensuring the successful design, implementation of upgrades, expansions, and new installations. In this role you will ensure that all projects are within the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring that relevant technical standards are met. This role will advise and support other capital engineering team members on engineer and design decisions within other projects. You will bring experience and knowledge in: 5+ years industry experience, experience working within food industry preferred Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement (eg. TPS) Significant Project engineering and design experience Experience with people management, leadership and development Leading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders Strong communication (written and verbal skills) Strategic Prioritisation AutoCAD and MS office suite proficiency SAP proficiency is highly desired More about this role Education / Certifications: An engineering degree recognised by the Engineers Australia Institute is required to be considered for this position.
