SKILLS & ADDED ADVANTAGE:

  • Strong knowledge in Project Planning and Project Controls.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, resource loading, and cost loading.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in project planning and control.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Generate weekly and monthly dashboard reports for management review.
  • Prepare progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in alignment with project milestones.
  • Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules for project execution.
  • Prepare cash flow curves / S-curves to track project financials.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable.
