JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer – Water Pipeline to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of proven experience in water pipeline and infrastructure projects, with strong technical knowledge of construction, execution, and authority approval processes. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of experience in water pipeline projects within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, pumping stations, and related infrastructure.
  • Familiar with UAE authority requirements and approval procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and site management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of water pipeline projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and authority standards.
  • Review and prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities (DEWA, FEWA, ADSSC, municipalities, etc.) for inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure proper execution of construction activities, testing, and commissioning of water pipelines and related infrastructure.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and highlight potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors as per project requirements.
  • Support in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
