JOB DESCRIPTION

• Project management, develop project plans and oversee their execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Install, configure, test, and evaluate products, software, and system
• Handle site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Produce technical documentation for implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), reports, and technical manuals
• Identify customer needs and participate in site surveys
• Prepare demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical designs, and solution proposals.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, end users and government agencies
• Perform any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Networking, Multimedia Technology, or a relevant field of study
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or System Engineer in a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems, video streaming, basic programming, computer hardware, and IT networks is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive learning attitude and aptitude
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Self-driven and able to work under stress and independently
