You’ll implement IT solutions using multiple technologies, in different environments, with a team of bright coworkers by your side. What You’ll Be Doing Technical & Engineering Deploy and support complex network solutions, including routing, switching, and network segmentation across multi-site environments. Implement and support network security solutions, including policy analysis, perimeter defense, access control, and PKI infrastructure. Plan and execute server and compute stack migrations across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures. Design, implement, and manage complex SAN environments, overseeing storage lifecycle and utilization. Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery solutions. Professional & Client-Facing Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, effectively communicating with key stakeholders. Develop technical roadmaps and influence strategic vision for clients within budget constraints. Mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth and team development. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including implementation guides and environmental diagrams. Requirements Qualifications · Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in IT with high proficiency in: o Windows Server, Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure Cloud stack, M365, Networking (Firewalls and Switching) and DR/BC · Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent certs/experience · Reside in or near Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, or Cincinnati, OH · Willingness to travel to client locations · Ability to lift 25lbs Work from Home Requirements - Travel: While this is a remote position, travel to client locations for support will be required. At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect client information
