What You’ll Be Doing Technical & Engineering Deploy and support complex network solutions, including routing, switching, and network segmentation across multi-site environments. Implement and support network security solutions, including policy analysis, perimeter defense, access control, and PKI infrastructure. Plan and execute server and compute stack migrations across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures. Design, implement, and manage complex SAN environments, overseeing storage lifecycle and utilization. Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery solutions. Professional & Client-Facing Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, effectively communicating with key stakeholders. Develop technical roadmaps and influence strategic vision for clients within budget constraints. Mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth and team development. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including implementation guides and environmental diagrams. Requirements Qualifications · Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in IT with high proficiency in: o Windows Server, Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure Cloud stack, M365, Networking (Firewalls and Switching) and DR/BC · Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent certs/experience · Willingness to travel to client locations · Ability to lift 25lbs

Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will deploy and support complex network, security, and storage solutions across multi-site environments. They will also serve as a primary technical contact for clients, providing strategic roadmaps and mentoring junior staff.
