Responsibilities

Report to Project Manager / Site Manager
Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings
Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
Ensure that adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental laws and safety standards
Preparing permit applications and environmental impact statements
Co-ordinate the inspection work
Handle any engineering/technical issues
Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
Monitor and co-ordinate the works with subcontractors
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
