Title:                 Project Engineer  Supervisor:      Project Manager Department:    Construction FLSA Status:    Exempt / Salaried Summary/Objective As a Project Engineer, you will apply your knowledge and skills to support various construction projects to meet the needs of our company and clients.  Essential Functions * Collaborates with the Superintendents and Project teams to appropriately staff all project positions * Analyzes and interprets field information through frequent interactions with the field in all scopes of work being performed * Quality Control - Track job/work progress * Collaborate with design team and other key team members to deliver exceptional results * Coordinate and partner with subcontractors * Performs other related duties as assigned * Coordinate between contract drawings and submittal drawings * Ensure that all projects and deliverables are completed properly within the scope of contract * Prepare requests for information to vendors and subcontractors for services and supplies * Act as the liaison between the General Contractor and our vendors Competencies and Basic Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks. * Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * A minimum of three years of related construction experience is required. * Thorough knowledge of project management. * BA degree in Engineering or related degrees required. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. * Must be able to obtain security clearance (for applicable project sites) as necessary. * Must be willing to work between multiple worksites and possess a valid Guam drivers license.  Travel No travel is expected for this position.
