Job Description: Parsons is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our rapidly growing infrastructure team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the engineering, design review, and construction oversight of a large-scale infrastructure project. Working closely with senior project managers and clients, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and on-site execution. What You'll Be Doing Technical Oversight: Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design packages for (pipelines, pump stations, valves, and storage facilities) to ensure compliance with project requirements and local standards. Project Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between client representatives, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal engineering teams to maintain clear lines of communication. Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to approved designs and safety protocols, and resolve technical issues in the field. Schedule & Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines, track contractor milestones, identify potential delays early, and help implement corrective actions. RFIs and Submittals: Manage and expedite the review of Requests for Information (RFIs), material submittals, and shop drawings to keep construction moving efficiently. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, technical memos, and presentations for Parsons leadership and the client. What Required Skills You'll Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects.
