Independent design planning considering the requirements of the technical consultant or in direct consultation with the client. Creation of proposal presentations and, if necessary, independent presentation of solutions to the client. Independent problem-solving and development of proposals based on this, including calculation and technical description. Technical leadership of (sub-)projects and guidance of involved employees. Independent preliminary static calculations to support planning. Cross-project collaboration with specialized departments and subsidiaries to optimize project outcomes.   Minimum Requirements:     Qualifications   Btech degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or BENG, BScENG Degree in Engineering     Skills/Attributes and experience   Excellent proficiency in MS Office and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or comparable software. Analytical thinking with a strong focus on problem-solving.
