Prepare and review engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate design development and permitting activities. Review contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation. Participate in design reviews and construction meetings. Track project schedules, budgets, and action items. Provide construction engineering support during project execution. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and DC Water stakeholders. Availability Immediate or within 1–3 months Compensation Up to $77/hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
