Job Title: Project Engineer Location: On-site (4 to 5-days per week) Role Overview: The Project Engineer will play a key role in the commissioning and qualification of cleanrooms and utilities, with a particular focus on Water for Injection (WFI) and Clean Steam (CS) systems. The successful candidate will support facility and utility projects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Commissioning & Qualification of Cleanrooms & Utilities, with particular expertise in WFI & CS systems. Review and execute project documentation, including design and C+Q documents, IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), PQ (Performance Qualification), and related Summary Reports. Oversee facility and utility operations, including site shutdown and tie-in activities, change control management, and Go Live procedures. Participate in cross-functional validation, engineering, construction, quality control, supply chain, and site improvement initiatives. Manage third-party contractors, ensuring all activities adhere to safety standards and project schedules. Drive project progress and resolve issues that may affect delivery timelines or quality outcomes. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating effectively at all levels. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for site systems and processes. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in managing Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) for cleanrooms and utilities, especially WFI & CS. Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and executing technical documentation (e.g., IQ, OQ, PQ, Summary Reports). Hands-on experience with facility or utility operations, including managing site shutdowns, tie-in activities, change controls, and Go Live procedures. Background in validation, engineering, construction, quality control, supply chain, and site improvement projects. Experience in contractor management, with a strong focus on safety and timely delivery. Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
