We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Project Supervisor with proven experience in interior fit-out projects, mall maintenance, and installation works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in interior fit-out works and project supervision.
• Experience in mall maintenance and installation works is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and finishing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project / Primavera) and MS Office.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

• Plan, supervise, and execute interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
• Manage site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, design drawings, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee and manage installation works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, etc.).
• Supervise mall maintenance works, including periodic inspections, troubleshooting, and repair works.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, daily site reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
• Handle snagging, de-snagging, and project close-out activities.
