Description

We are supporting a global manufacturer in their search for a Project Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with long-term development potential in a highly innovative and stable business.
As Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in leading site-wide capital projects, process improvements, and equipment upgrades. You’ll be responsible for the development, design, and delivery of mechanical engineering solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance across a diverse manufacturing environment.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring targets for time, cost, and quality are consistently met.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Recognised degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven background in mechanical project engineering, ideally in a manufacturing or process environment
  • Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or Inventor
  • Familiar with risk assessment methodologies
  • Exposure to chemical or industrial processes is beneficial
