Job Description
Reporting To: Team Leader PV

COMPLIANCE & TECHNICAL CONTRIBUTIONS

• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and performance specifications.
• Identify and address technical challenges, seeking guidance when necessary.
• Review and refine technical proposals to ensure project viability.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years in engineering or consulting roles with a focus on solar projects.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

ORGANIZATIONAL & PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS

• Systematic and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks within a schedule.
• Skilled in recognizing technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
