Description

ABOUT US

Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.
Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Rail team delivers a range of multidisciplinary rail projects, including track reconditioning, point and crossing renewal works within rail corridors and upgrades of services for high voltage, traction overhead wiring and railway stations. We also deliver associated rail infrastructure such as rail bridges and maintenance facilities.
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our NSW team, delivering key infrastructure projects across Regional NSW. Initially based in Moss Vale/Goulburn, with travel to the Hunter Valley, you will oversee rail infrastructure works, project schedules, budgets, procurement, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes.
This is a great opportunity to work on technically complex rail projects while growing your career with Abergeldie!
