We are looking for a results-oriented Project Engineer – Real Estate Development to oversee projects from planning to handover. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction management, strong coordination skills, and a proven ability to deliver quality projects on time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality and ensure adherence to plans.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., DDA, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RERA, etc.) for permits, NOCs, and inspections.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Review and approve drawings, permits, and technical documents.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Participate in tender processes including technical evaluations and contract finalization.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
